1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 25vipph ("we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://25vipph.net. This Agreement governs your access to and use of the 25vipph website, its associated mobile interfaces, games, promotions, and all related services.

By registering an account on 25vipph, making a deposit, or placing any wager through the platform, you conclusively confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Agreement in its entirety;
• You are at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine gaming law;
• You are accessing 25vipph voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or regulatory prohibition from participating in online gaming activities;
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds wagered on the platform.

If you are accessing 25vipph on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to this Agreement and that the person meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 25vipph platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and strictly enforced by 25vipph. Players found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts suspended immediately and any funds forfeited pending investigation.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming activities of the type offered by 25vipph are not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 25vipph is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• No Exclusion: You must not be subject to any voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion from gambling activities, whether imposed by 25vipph, PAGCOR, or any other regulatory authority.
• Not an Employee: Employees, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of 25vipph and its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any games or promotions offered on the platform.

25vipph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, or proof of source of funds. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 25vipph services, you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on 25vipph. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, valid email address, and contact number. You further agree to promptly update your account information in the event of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 25vipph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 25vipph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

25vipph reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any existing account at its sole discretion, including where it determines that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 25vipph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 25vipph supports a range of local payment methods to ensure convenient access for Filipino players, including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, USDT TRC20, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your 25vipph account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change at 25vipph's discretion.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. Before any withdrawal is processed, 25vipph may require completion of identity verification procedures. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are displayed in the platform's cashier section.

• 25vipph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds;
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or withheld pending verification of identity, source of funds, or compliance with applicable wagering requirements;
• 25vipph does not charge fees for standard withdrawals, though your financial institution may apply its own charges;
• Any balance remaining in a dormant account (inactive for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee as detailed in the platform's dormant account policy.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

25vipph offers a range of bonuses and promotions to its registered Filipino players. All such offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

General bonus principles applicable to all 25vipph promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on 25vipph contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are published in the platform's bonus terms documentation.
• Single Bonus Policy: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: 25vipph employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or collusion between players. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may be closed and balances forfeited.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins have defined expiry periods. Unused bonus funds or spins will be removed from your account upon expiry without prior notice.

25vipph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already accrued by the player at the time of modification.

6 Betting Rules

All bets, wagers, and game participation on 25vipph are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or betting market. Game rules are accessible within the game interface or the 25vipph help centre. In all cases, the following general betting rules apply:

• Bets are only accepted when sufficient funds are available in your 25vipph account. No credit facilities are offered;
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player;
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 25vipph's game history records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining bet outcomes;
• Winnings are credited to your 25vipph account balance immediately upon settlement of the game round;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets and are displayed within the game interface or betting slip;
• 25vipph reserves the right to void any bet where it determines that the bet was placed in error, was the result of a system malfunction, or was placed in violation of these terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 25vipph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 25vipph, whether in your own name or using a false identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using automated scripts, bots, software exploits, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity intended to circumvent Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended);
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's 25vipph account without authorisation;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the 25vipph platform. Any bugs discovered must be reported to our support team immediately;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any 25vipph software, games, or security systems;
• Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

25vipph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may give rise to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing;
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• Receipt of a valid regulatory direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority;
• Player request for voluntary self-exclusion under 25vipph's Responsible Gaming programme.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than player misconduct and where no regulatory investigation is pending, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to close their 25vipph account voluntarily may do so by contacting our support team via live chat. Voluntary account closures requested under the Responsible Gaming programme will be actioned promptly and may include an irrevocable cooling-off period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 25vipph platform, including but not limited to its software, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, and databases, is the property of 25vipph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 25vipph platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any 25vipph content without express written permission;
• Creating derivative works based on 25vipph's proprietary content;
• Using the 25vipph name, logo, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised by 25vipph;
• Framing or mirroring any portion of the 25vipph website on another platform.

Any unauthorised use of 25vipph's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

25vipph collects, processes, and stores personal data from its registered players in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and applicable PAGCOR data governance requirements.

By registering on 25vipph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is accessible at /privacy-policy. Key data processing activities include identity verification, transaction monitoring, fraud prevention, and compliance with AML obligations.

25vipph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and licensed game providers strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

11 Responsible Gaming

25vipph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the platform. We recognise that while online gaming is a legitimate form of entertainment, it carries inherent financial risk and may become problematic for a minority of players.

25vipph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 25vipph account;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated alerts after a defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 25vipph platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 25vipph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 25vipph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

25vipph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or winnings resulting from technical faults, disconnections, or system errors;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any loss of data or interruption of service caused by circumstances beyond 25vipph's reasonable control, including force majeure events such as natural disasters, acts of government, or telecommunications failures.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit 25vipph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

25vipph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice displayed upon login to the 25vipph platform.

Your continued use of the 25vipph platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact our support team to arrange account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. 25vipph recommends that all players review this Agreement at least once every six months.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved as follows:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: You must first submit your complaint to the 25vipph customer support team. 25vipph will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days;
• Step 2 — Regulatory Escalation: If you are not satisfied with 25vipph's resolution, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution channels;
• Step 3 — Litigation: If the dispute remains unresolved following regulatory escalation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this dispute resolution process shall prevent 25vipph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate business interests.
